Personal License

This license grants the end user (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to incorporate the licensed overlays into original creative projects, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Permitted Uses:

• Integration into personal, non-commercial video projects, including social media content, YouTube channels (monetized or not), livestreams, and student films.
• Use in original content distributed via online platforms, provided the overlay is embedded within a finished project and not offered independently.

Restrictions:

• The licensed content may not be used in any project intended for commercial or client-related purposes, including advertising, brand promotion, or monetized campaigns on behalf of a business or organization.
• Broadcast distribution (television, OTT/streaming platforms, or theatrical release) is not permitted under this license.
• The overlays may not be sublicensed, resold, distributed, or used in any product intended for resale (e.g., templates, preset packs, generators).
• Licensee may not claim authorship or ownership of the overlays themselves.

This license is granted in perpetuity, for use by a single individual, and is non-sublicensable.

Commercial License

This license grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the overlays in commercial and professional content creation, subject to the terms below.

Permitted Uses:

• Use in promotional, corporate, client-based, or commercial video projects.
• Distribution across digital platforms including websites, social media channels, internal communications, paid social advertisements, and branded content.
• Modification of overlays to suit project requirements, provided the final deliverable does not make the overlays available as standalone assets.

Restrictions:

• This license does not permit use in national or global broadcast, theatrical distribution, or inclusion in content intended for streaming platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A separate Enterprise License is required for such uses.
• The overlays may not be used in any product, service, or template intended for resale or redistribution.
• License is limited to a single organization or client, and may not be transferred or shared outside the original purchasing entity.

This license is granted in perpetuity, for use in one brand or client project, and is non-sublicensable.
